Apple Cinnamon Granola will be your favorite cozy vegan breakfast staple! The crunchy oats, tart apple and warming spices will provide comfort even on the coldest mornings.

Ingredients

- rolled oats
- apple
- pecans
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- neutral flavored oil
- maple syrup
- vanilla extract
- salt

How to Make
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325 °F / 160 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and salt. Stir well. combining oats, salt and cinnamon

Step 3: Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract and oil to the bowl and stir again until everything is well coated. Step 4: Lastly, add the diced apples and give it a good, final stir. oats and diced apples in a bowl
