- Frozen strawberries
- Banana
- Oat milk
- Hemp seeds (optional)
- Maple syrup
How to Make
Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10-30 seconds (or until smooth).


Step 2: Pour into a glass or mason jar and drink immediately or place in the fridge for a few hours.
