Ingredients

- Rolled oats
- Ground ginger
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground allspice
- Pecans
- Pistachios
- Vegetable oil
- Maple syrup
- Dried cranberries
- Candied ginger

How to Make
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 320ºF (160ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the the rolled oats, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and allspice. Stir to combine.

Step 3: Pour the maple syrup and vegetable oil on the oats and stir to combine.

Step 4: Spread the oats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take the oats out of the oven, stir and sprinkle the pecans and pistachios over top.

Step 5:
Bake for 15 more minutes. Remove the oats from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes,.hen add the dried cranberries and candied ginger bits.

Step 6:
Add to mason jar or serve with oat milk or soy yogurt.

- ¼ cup pistachios (shelled)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ⅔ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (or any neutral-tasting oil)
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 1.5 oz candied ginger (finely chopped)
Instructions
