Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • Soy milk
  • Banana
  • Almond butter
  • Cocoa powder
  • Maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

How to Make

Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10-30 seconds (or until smooth).

Step 2: Pour into a glass or mason jar and drink immediately or place in the fridge for a few hours.

  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 med ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter ((or nut butter of choice))
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 ice cubes ((or more))
