This vegan Pumpkin Smoothie recipe blends pumpkin puree, bananas, apples, pumpkin pie spice, and soy milk together to give you a creamy and comforting breakfast that tastes like pumpkin pie! Easy to make in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • cup pumpkin puree ((pure/unsweetened))
  • ½ med. frozen banana
  • 1 small apple ((peeled and chopped))
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10-30 seconds (or until smooth).
  • Pour into a glass or mason jar and drink immediately or place in the fridge for a few hours.
