  • Oat milk (or water)
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

How to Make

Step 1: Add the rolled oats, oat milk, and maple syrup to a medium-sized mason jar with a lid. Stir to combine.

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats, oat milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a medium-sized mason jar with a lid. Stir to combine.
