Mango Silken Tofu Smoothie will be your next favorite post-workout snack or filling breakfast drink! This extra creamy smoothie is high in protein and made delicious with sweet mangoes and tart lime juice.

Ingredients

- soft silken tofu: Generally, if you want to make a smoothie with tofu, make sure to use *soft* silken tofu. Regular tofu and even firm silken tofu will be too tough and won’t yield a drinkable smoothie.
- frozen mango: If you only have fresh mango in your pantry, you can either slice and freeze it for about 30 minutes, or just add a few ice cubes to the blender.
- soy milk: Regular, unsweetened soy milk is the best for this smoothie, but you can use any type of milk you prefer.
- lime juice: Gives your smoothie a nice flavor kick and helps to cover up the taste of silken tofu. You can use lemon juice as well.
- maple syrup: You can use any type of sweetener and you can skip it as well, but your smoothie won’t be as sweet.
How to Make
Step 1: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10-30 seconds (or until smooth).

Step 2: Pour into a glass or mason jar and drink immediately or place in the fridge for a few hours.
