This Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie blends pantry-staple ingredients together to give you a creamy and filling snack, breakfast, or dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 med. ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • cup oat milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch ground cinnamon ((optional))

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10-30 seconds (or until smooth).
  • Pour into a glass or mason jar and drink immediately or place in the fridge for a few hours.
